The wood burner, also known as the Maxx Diamond fire box, made of stainless steel, is ideal for preparing the embers to be used in the Parrilla type barbecue.
It has frontal protector reducing the temperature of the main plate.
Its biggest differential is that it does not have feet, making it easier to work with the embers and can be fixed to the wall with a special support, which allows you to remove it very easily for cleaning.
As it is a box, it allows better temperature control, avoiding excessive heat and fire coming out of the side of the open burners.

How to use; Place the firewood and light it through the lower opening, wait for the embers to form and pull the desired amount under the parrilla grate with the ember spreader.
