Instructions for Use: Light the fire box with charcoal and then immediately place pieces of firewood from your favorite wood. Control the temperature through the control valves located on the fire box lid and on the chimney valve.
Warning: Never use the smoker without the lid (fire box plate).
For use in Direct Flow mode, it is necessary to remove the valves located at the bottom of the cuba e and change the chimney side.
Use the Maxx Diamond smoking chart for guidance on timing and temperature of some types of foods.
Cautions: The area around the equipment is always very hot, keep body parts away and avoid the approach of children or animals.
Always use PPE for handling.
All maintenance and cleaning must be done with the equipment cold in order to avoid accidents and burns.
Recommendation and precautions: The first time you use it, do the controlled burning “Cura“ for 3 to 4 hours to eliminate possible paint odors.
Light the Fire Box and let the temperature increase slowly without no food, bringing it close to 200 degrees, then let the smoker cool down slowly.During use, leave the smoker slightly tilted so that excess fat can drain into the drain. The accumulation of fat can cause burning and change the taste of food.
Cleaning: We recommend using a mild soap with a soft foam and drying with a dry, clean towel.
