Before first use: Wash the product and rinse well. When dry. 
After each use, wash the product normally with a soft sponge, soap or detergent. Dry with a cloth towel. 
You can use a mixture of water and vinegar to clean the board, which acts against bacteria. 
Store in airy places, avoid stuffy environments like drawers and cupboards. 
Do not wash the product in a dishwasher or use a steel sponge. 
Do not leave the product submerged in water.
